If you’re not happy with your Ninja Jug for any reason, you can send it back to us and, once we get it, we will cancel your subscription.
If you send it back within the first month, we will refund your initial payment of £19.99.
Returning your jug is easy - simply email us at help@ninjajug.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Warranty
If you have any fault with your jug please contact us for a replacement. This is covered as part of your subscription.
