Welcome to the Ninja Jug subscription service provided by Avocado Ninja ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to the Ninja Jug package, including the Ninja Jug device, Effortless Health membership, and Ninja Jug App access. By subscribing, you ("you" or "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Overview
The Ninja Jug subscription provides you with the use of a Ninja Jug water filtration device, access to the Effortless Health membership (including expert support and community features), and the Ninja Jug App, subject to an active subscription.
We may, at our discretion, offer a discounted first month (e.g., £1) as a trial period, but we are not obligated to provide this offer. After any discounted period, the subscription renews at the standard monthly rate (as detailed on our website) unless cancelled.
2. Ownership and Return of the Ninja Jug
Ownership: The Ninja Jug remains the property of Avocado Ninja at all times. You are granted a non-transferable right to use it during an active subscription.
Cancellation and Return: To cancel your subscription, you must return the Ninja Jug to us in good condition (normal wear and tear accepted). We will provide a free return label for shipping to our designated address: [Insert Return Address]. Return instructions will be emailed upon cancellation request.
Non-Return Fee: If you cancel your subscription and fail to return the Ninja Jug within 14 days of receiving the free return label, we will charge a £50 non-return fee to your payment method on file. This fee reflects the cost of the unreturned device and administration.
3. Subscription Benefits
Effortless Health Membership: Access to the Effortless Health membership, including expert support, daily habits, and community features, is available only while your subscription remains active. Access ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.Ninja Jug App: Access to the Ninja Jug App is available only with an active subscription and ceases upon cancellation or non-payment.
4. Pricing and Discounts
Monthly Subscription: After any discounted first month (if offered), the standard monthly subscription fee applies (as listed on our website at the time of signup).
Minimum Price: With any discounts, referral bonuses, or promotions, the lowest monthly subscription fee will not fall below £9.99 per month.
One Free Jug Per Household: Only one Ninja Jug is provided per household under the subscription offer. Additional subscriptions or replacement jugs may incur full costs.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Method: We accept credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) but do not accept disposable or pre-paid payment cards.
Billing: Your subscription fee is charged monthly in advance to your provided payment method. You authorize us to charge recurring payments until cancellation.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding for 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription and access to benefits until resolved.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel anytime by contacting us at help@ninjajug.com. We will provide a free return label to return the Ninja Jug as per Section 2. No penalties apply beyond the non-return fee if applicable.
Discounted First Month Refund: If a discounted first month is offered, you have 14 days from receiving the Ninja Jug to cancel and return it for a full refund of the discounted fee (e.g., £1), provided the jug is unused and in original condition, per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions at our discretion (e.g., for fraud, abuse, or non-compliance), with notice where required by law.
7. Delivery and Risk
Shipping: Free shipping applies to the initial Ninja Jug delivery and replacement filters during an active subscription. A free return label is provided for cancellations.
Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage to the Ninja Jug passes to you upon delivery, though ownership remains with us
.8. Use of the Ninja Jug
You agree to use the Ninja Jug only for its intended purpose (water filtration) and in accordance with provided instructions. Misuse may result in subscription termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law (e.g., Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Our Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avocado Ninja is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from your use of the Ninja Jug or subscription services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
All content in the Effortless Health membership and Ninja Jug App (e.g., text, videos, software) is owned by Avocado Ninja or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without permission.
11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms or Services
