For Avocado Ninja, I am the organizer that make sure things get done. I am focused on the details, quality and efficiency. As well as driving Avocado Ninja forwards, I take care of the design element for the website, packaging, products, books and guides.
At home, I am Mummy to an energetic toddler with an incredible passion for life (and food). And our new addition, who is now 7 months old! I'm a wife to my wonderful husband who loves learning how to optimize health. The chef who makes sure we eat well every day and handy woman that keeps the house from falling apart, fixing things as they break!
Being asthmatic means some things can be more challenging, but that did not stop me completing a half-marathon, various obstacle races and the "Coast to Coast" race across Scotland, and I look forward to taking part in more races in the future.
I am a big foodie who loves travelling the world, experiencing different cultures and their cuisine. I enjoy challenges for personal growth and am passionate about child development and well-being.
