This Referral Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between:

CAAN Innovations Ltd ("Company"), a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 10670078, having its registered office at 124-128 City Rd, London EC1V 2NJ, and the person identified as the referrer ("Referrer").

1. Referral Program Participation

The Referrer may participate in the Company’s Referral Program by referring new customers to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Referral Process

To refer someone, the Referrer must email help@ninjajug.com with the referred person's full name and postcode after the referred person has successfully placed an order with the Company. The Company will verify the order and apply the discount to the Referrer’s subscription once verification is complete.

3. Referral Discount

Upon successful referral verification, the Referrer will receive a discount of £2 per referral applied to their next monthly subscription billing. This discount will begin at the next billable date after the referral is confirmed.

The maximum monthly discount that can be earned through the referral program is £10 per month, regardless of the number of referrals.

If a referred person cancels their subscription, the Referrer's subscription cost will increase by £2, effective from the next billable date.

4. Additional Cashback for 5+ Referrals

After the Referrer has referred five (5) people under this program, any additional referrals will qualify the Referrer for a £19.99 cashback. This cashback will be provided in the form of a refund of previous subscription payments. If no further months remain in the subscription, the cashback will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.

5. Restrictions

The Referrer may not:

- Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities to generate referrals.

- Exceed the maximum recurring discount limit of £10 per month on all promotions.

6. Program Changes and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will not affect discounts or cashback already earned before the date of modification or termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Miscellaneous

- The Referrer acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Referral Program does not create any form of partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the Referrer and the Company.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Referral Program.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is executed by the parties as of the date the Referrer first participates in the Referral Program.
